looks nice, but I can't see any reason why should we eat the way they do. food is ok but we can eat it in european way. it doesn't change food taste or flavour.
By looking at the way Japanese eating this it's nothing but carbs. It makes me wonder how they stay so thin. I guess they don't eeat lots of fat and greasy food like most american does. But I still prefer to have some meat and vegetables with my noodles.
