1st floor --> 8 doors, 2nd floor --> 10 doors. You have to try door by door till you find one that doesn't takes you to the first one again (put numbers to the doors, in my case 1º is the one you came out, and going against the clock I number them).

1st floor: go through 5 --> 7 (came out in), then 2 -->4, 6 --> 3, 8 --> leads to 2nd floor. It's a puzzle, you just have to go through the doors in correct order.

2nd floor: go through 7 -->4, then through 2 -->10, 6 --> leads to cutscene.

to get out of that difficult part with doors, the order of the bottom ones and you must left from the entrance: 3rd, 7th, and the 4th, the top ones do the same thing: 4th, 9th, and then 5th

It's pretty simple, just run around in circles, when you hear the sound of splashing water, enter through that doorway.

Just a strange detail: did you notice the Prince`s eyes changing color? In SoT they`re grey (although they look olivegreen in the first cinematic)in Warrior Within they`re piercing blue and in Two Thrones their yet darker blue. And Farah`s got very dark brown eyes in Sands of Time, though she`s got light brown eyes in Two Thrones.

It is. In the beginning of the third game, the Prince looks at the medallion and remembers all he went through, and then discards it into the water.
