that's an Epiphone (fake gibson) cost's around 400$, it's a replica of the Tom Delong signature ES 355, you'll find it in your local music store or on the internet, it's a good looking good sounding piece of wood but not att all like the original

I mentioned all of those things in my comment, I think it's a "good sounding replica" I know it has the same pick up as the original, but it's made out of cheaper wood, the original Gibsons go thru a lot of quality checkings and are acctually all set up and played before shiping, the epiphones are manufactured, not hand made in the same way, they are also made in japan, and if you've ever played a real semi-acoustic gibson you'll know the differance
