  • Thank you for this video. As a side note: you might want to mention what version of Photoshop you have, I have a different version, so I had to navigate differently - but i still got the results :)

  • it says an error:

    Could not complete your request because an unknown or invalid JPEG marker type is found.

    I tried to open .jpg file :| that i made previously using photoshop

  • many types including both you mentioned can be imported... your jpeg must be corrupted or something... you can visit the forums on our site and start your problem as a topic to see if anyone else can help you un-corrupt your file as there are ways to do such
