omg i have copies of these demos on tape that someone sent me a while back.

personally, i think most of the demos are better than what made it to the album.

this for example, is 100 times better than the album version which sounds over-produced.

couldnt disagree with you more. the album version does sound a lil overproduced but album versions are usually overproduced to begin with ie lucky man, sonnet. but i think what they did to the song, or what nick did to the song was completely add a new dimension to the song and now the live version destroys the album version and this demo version.

they were recorded at Olymic Studios, late 1996 early 1997, they did 17 tracks, one being "Song For Lovers" which Ashcroft used for his solo album.
