@jfl125 I sold this game for BFBC2. That was a mistake on my part. There are probably still a decent amount of people on most of the game modes. Unfortunately this game did not get the sales it deserved because people tend to stay away from team based games. I am planning on rebuying this game for christmas regardless of the player count.

@jfl125 zipper ( the people that made the game) just updated the game and added multiqweue which makes it so that you qweue up in all game modes reducing wait times making it so that you dont have to wait more than a minute to get in a game and you get to play all game modes. also the player counts means the amount of people already in a game and/or waiting in that games qweue. and there are ALLOT of more people playing the game than just 300 in each faction. trust me i play this game daly :)

actually with the new Mag 2.0 release tonight, this game is actually severely improved from the original version. to be completely honest i was starting to question whether or not the day would ever come that enabled me to use the playstation move with a shooter; and then the new patch was released today and blew me away. at first i was aweful, and using the motion controller to aim was just making my crosshairs bounce all over the screen

@toolkills halo does dominate the multiplayer market but ps3 is better than the xbox 360 in almost every way, its it has eight cell processors, and blu-ray which means it can make a game look and play better than anything the xbox can pump out, no game company wants to spend extra time and money to make a game to take advantage of all the ps3 has to offer, ps3 is not a failure, its ahead of its time, the next gen xbox will be caught up with the ps3, halo is a fine game, but its a bit over rated

@PS3stillHASnoGAMES no there is nothing new but there is a pretty good "back-to-basics" proven military concept of working as a team, earning new equipment( to do your job more effectively) or earning a leadership position to help complete an objective. which is what war/battle is all about. as far as communication goes, squad leader( if he/she is good enough) is the only one who really needs a mic. no bells and whistles means less stat hogs to have to boot lol.

@96metallica All of the factions are different. all of the equipment is different for each. you have to find what works the best for you. i have settled on Raven for the time being. your starter rifle(sniper) is usually shit anyway until you can get a better scope. sver rifles seem to be a bit more powerful and the reload/ recoil is quicker/softer but the scope reticle messes me up cause of my red/green color blindness lol so i went with raven. didn't like valors set up at all.

Actually, Its not same as COD, MAG's gameplay is more of a tactical game rather than COD when all you do is gun and knife ppl.

Plus its LOADS BIGGER and focus on teamwork, instead of going solo, which will get u nowhere here.

So ppl actually care about this because its not too much of an arcade shooter rather than real "Modern Warfare" they say in COD.

Btw, Heavy rain will turn some ppl off with its awkward gameplay and glitches.

Heavy rain is different, yes it has its problems but its an experience like no other. I think all PS3 owners should try it regardless of taste.
