Thanks for that. We started as a punk/hardcore channel and as our audience grew, it seemed unfair to other indie artists to deny them a chance to reach new fans just because their music wasn't our cup of tea.

So we expanded to more indie rock, then metal, then hip hop and even some alt-country/roots.

Just seems like we should be supporting as much indie music as possible, if our goal is to break the major label stranglehold on what we see and hear.
