Thank God I made it through menopause, which to me was like the struggle of the caterpillar which eventually emerges from the cocoon as beautiful butterfly. I feel great, and powerful and sexy and magical. I still struggle some days (that's part of life), but I'm an amazing woman who continues to learn and grow.

much older and I did not like the song or the words. Women do not lose their abilities just because they stop menstrating. We just get better.
