I don't think the car is ugly or unattractive, except that when standing alone it looks odd, and less attractive. I also think the paintscheme is poorly applied on the "observation end" of the car - the rest of the carbody looks fine to me.

horrible color scheme. if u are going to make a Candy cane then it should be attached to a gingerbread house, not a train track!
