How to correct a bad hair dye job

If I buy a removal from Sally's will it go back to my natural hair color? I bleached my hair and it is now very light brown.. My natural hair color is dark brown & I hate the results. CAN SOMEONE HELP PLS??:(

Just advice about black hair color.If u wanna go black,u r better to use a permanent color bc if u use a semi or demi, it's way harder to get it out. I know that sounds wrong,but trust me I know what I'm saying.I just got black outta mine.it only took 20 mins.Now, i'm a redhead.i did do it at my Salon.So,we have the products to do this.semi & demi colors have direct dyes & oxy, dyes,which r harder to get out.Be aware of this!

@ivietted try using a green dye to neutralize the red . you can buy Paul mitchell green color shots & add it to the dye you want & it will take out the red . :)

you can also add a packet of equal or sugar to lightener so it doesn't irritate the scalp :)

Is your hair dark brown right now? I want a black looking color but i also want it to gradually fade so by next spring itll be a med. brown..and i wont have to bleach again like i did this summer. What would you reccommend?

@m0sas it's black demi permanent so it looks brown/black right now. i would recommend using a dark brown demi permanent color since it will usually look black when first died and gradually lighten through washes

with black/dark brown hair, how much will a 30 vol. developer lighten? will it reach up to a light brown or a dark blonde? or will it still be a dark-ish brown?

@cocoPABL0 it depends on how thick your hair is and how stubborn to dye it is, but if left on for 45 min will usually leave it to an orangey shade. for stubborn hair it may show up a red/orange

@HilaryThiNguyen ok, i just died my hair with the 30 vol. and medium ash blonde, turning it to a medium orange-y brown. i'm trying to achieve a light-medium ash brown, so next time i dye my hair, should i try the 30 vol. but a lighter ash blonde? i'm trying to stay away from bleach, if at all possible. since i dyed my hair already, would dying it again with 30 vol. help lighten it more? or do i really need to use bleach?
