well, i'm an american. and i found out about them by looking up ned kelly music on myspace. They are REALLY good, and i don't really get why they aren't big in the USA. but if i had to guess, i'd say it's because they don't have a unique enough sound. they could be coldplay, for all most people listen to.

but i like them, and i'll spread the word.
