We really aren't advocating that players cheat at USGA golf. What we do believe, however that a combination of modified rules (that many players do now) and innovations in golf equipment, some that exist now and some that have yet to be marketed, can make a more playable, competitive alternative game. Formalizing a secondary game can introduce new players to golf, welcome back players who have left the game and keep older players on the course after their skills diminish.

If people really start playing this way then there is going to be so many products that come out that would normally be illegal according to USGA rules. I can just see high school golfers doing this stuff in a match and no one would ever know. This is just going to degrade the real game of golf because of cheaters. I mean it sounds like fun but I seriously think it will cause a lot of problems for "real competitive golf".
