My family camped here when I was a kid(I'm talking the mid 70's). The first time, my dad took us out on the sand dunes after dark. He stopped us, made us stand in a circle and shut off our flash lights. Then he told us to look up. I had never seen that many stars(The Milky Way) in the sky before or since(I'm from the city). I was so blown away I fell over backwards. Later that night, I snuck back down to the beach on my own and just sat there for hours.
We tried to get #802! Because by looking at site pic's (which I discovered later) It looked really nice, but it was already booked! Too funny. Probably you! lol Thanks for the reply :) We ended up with 718, it looks nice on pics, so hopefully...
Anybody know of any good sites that are pretty private with electrical? We are hoping to go this year but don't really know which sites are nice. Haven't been since I was a kid :)
We reserved back in february. We got site # 802 in Riverside. We took a day trip up to the pinery back in may and checked out our site. It looks great. I can't wait. It is going to be a great 10 day getaway.
lol I work for Ontario Parks right now and do bookings(reservations) as well haha...it's already completely booked for the summer...especially dunes and burley...perhaps a couple sites left in Riverside campground...hurry up y'all :D

this is really a great place to take a vacation. my parents met here when they were in college. now we go here every year. since i was born, (93) to today. we usually go with friends from michigan. it is a great trip and i hope i come here for every year of my life.
I go here evry year! It is really beautiful... I have like... 900 pictures of sunsets and go canoing. I have gone on all the trails and stuff... omg it is sooo pretty!
