Im thinking about getting a mini for my first car, and i was wondering if the conv. sunroof can open part way like a normal sun roof or does it have to open all the way.

Yes you press the key once to open into sunroof mode then press it again to open completely.

I normally hide the key in my pocket and tell people that it opens by voice command.
