If you know what "Vertigo" means and have a look at the lyrics maybe you'll get a hint. ;) BAsically vertigo means feeling dizzy. Now the singer is feeling dizzy bcos of her lover. She's trying to chasing him but she can find him nowhere. The video is basically a dream...which gets the singer to know that her lover is dead.
