It was March 30, 2009 and she performed at the "Education Without Borders" International Students Conference (EWB 2009) in Dubai, the UAE. After that she played the Snow Globe track from her soon to be released "The Butterfly Effect" album and literally mesmerized me. What a fantastic lady. I was lucky to see it.
