@911292 - Im not Muslim but i am learning about Islam, what iv learnt is that Muslim women obviously can work as long it is done in a halaal way and she follows out the instruction of how Islam says so, E.I giving a percentage of money to the charity, as a Muslim woman your husband has NO right what so ever on the money you earned remember the Prophet Pbuh first wife was a very sucessful business woman, the Muslim men who dont allow their wives to marry because of their culture.

What is your evidence for that ?

Islam is not legislated by our whims or ideas, we need some evidence from the quran or sunnah in order to make claims about this religion. So unless you have some it better you keep quiet lest your speach counts against you (as your making what is perfectly halal haraam, and making life hard on people.)

@ inlomaster theres nothing wrong with the quran being on the sofa on the floor is a difrent matter unless your sitting reading it on the prayer mat and remove it when finished
