You are not doing it right KID. You should be looking down. Check out my vid where I squat not even half of that weight but with PROPER form, cause I know weightlifting and stuff... (lol, :-p)
Rippetoe would scold you for not keeping a "down" head position. Also, what is the deal with dropping the weight at the end, why don't you just rack it? Regardless the rest of them look good, not that I have the credentials to seriously critique anyone else. The only thing I can really point out is the head position because that is so easy to see.
Like I said, I am probably not qualified to say anything about form to anyone else. That is good weight and you look like you are doing fine with them. All I was saying is that Rippetoe constantly talks about head position being "down" in his books, etc. If you hadn't said you were encouraged by Rippetoe I wouldn't have said anything.
I commented on dropping the bar because, unless you couldn't finish a rep/had a problem where the bar needed to get dropped fast, dropping a bar in a free fall from that height, especially with ~140kg can bend even a nice bar.
I just looked it up... the difference between high bar and low bar is interesting.
I've been squatting high-bar since high school. I've been able to max out close to 525lbs that way and I've done 420lbs x13. Maybe I can get 600lbs if I try low bar placement.
Good form, but look down more to help hip drive

What do you mean by "low-bar?"
It's very good form, that's how I do my regular back squats.
