@renesmeecullen101 Actually if you do more research then you will know that the Tutsis had been attacking the Hutus since the 70's. It didn't happen until the 90's when the Hutus started retaliating. If you ask me, I believe that when the president for the Hutus was going to sign the treaty that the Hutus killed him and blamed it on the Tutsis. Although this doesn't take away from the fact that people shouldn't be killing other people
