Thanks, but we mostly worked on concepts and drills from senshido this workout. The only Krav Maga we did was the 360 defence reaction drill at the very end.
Thanks for your comment and invitation pinch2724! Are you Lee by the way? I just talked with my girlfriend about it and she said that maybe we could try to sceduel a vacation to Canada so that I could train with you guys.. (One of a kind girl..I know..:) ).
I will set some money aside each month and save up for a plane ticket. Would love to train with you guys! Watching you guys train on your instructional DVDs really opened my eyes and gave me a purpouse with self defence training.
You're welcome, the invitation still stands. It's funny your girlfriend mentioned coming to Canada because mine mentioned going to Norway (she's the one in the video "who has the advantage). No I'm not Lee, my names Kenny I'm co owner of Senshido Montreal,Canada along with Lee and my other partner Eric(french in our second video,I'm also in that post). Glad you like our stuff and it's really, really nice to see other people as passionate as we are about self defense.
Thanks! Norway and Canada are kind of similar in regards to the cold winters and the beautiful nature. Could not imagine a better vacation then a combined snowboard/senshido-trip to Canada to meet you guys! You took quite a knee from Eric in "On the cutting edge"... Yes, like I said in the senshido forum, it feels like I have finally found home after many years on the search. Now all I have to do is get the stuff I need in my "home", so I can start living there..:)
Thanks man! Well, we are not beginners per se.. We both have many years of experience from different systems but this is the first time we have trained this way. It is also our first time testing these drills (I have only viewed them from instruction DVDs from Richard Dimitris Senshido). Functional, to the point drills that has plenty energy and realism.
We are from a small town called Bodo in Norway. This is just the beginning...:)
