Here to tell you...there is not a single Leeland song out there I don't like. It's like, they listen to God, they take everything into consideration before they put it out there, and it results in something absolutely amazing. And so every album they've put out has been just awesome...
my name is trevor. you could say that im a christian, yes. you could say a lot of other things too. but i dont like the sound of being labeled by a nametag, or a certain religion. i dont believe god wants me to have a religion, but i feel he wants my heart to be driven by him, and he doesnt want christianity to be my religion, he wants it to be my lifestyle. not religion, but a lifestyle, a way to live for him. leeland has helped me realize this, and im so glad i was able to hear this song today
I disagree with anyone who says Christianity is a religion. Christianity is faith, it is a relationship with God Himself, through Jesus Christ. There is no confession of sins through a priest, you get Jesus Himself. There is no asking a powerless mary for intercession or mercy, there is Jesus interceding for you Himself.
Catholicism is a polluted travesty, where a man has the authority to over rule the Bible, which is the WORD OF GOD. Did he not say, "thou shalt have no other gods before me."?
@nickjrox101 Idk what bible you're reading, but Catholicism did not come first. Read Acts. The church was made up of believers of all walks of life. No hierarchy. Catholicism
Arose when people felt the need for organized religion. Christianity is a faith, not religion.

Wow. I am so amazed by today's 'artists' when you look at the lyrics they are so raw and honest.. so true. I feel like I am listening to David singing in a field, you know? It astounds me the way these musicians view , what most people would consider 'careers', as ministry. They are so humble and talented... How can not listen to this song and have your heart full of worship!?! As a 17 year old who leads worship, myself, I appreciate the fact that Leeland was so young when God used him...
