Wonderful, and helpful as always. Feelings are so powerful and many people often feel like a victim to their feelings not realizing their thoughts create the feelings and they have a choice as to what they think. Even when we know this we often forget it in the heat of the moment. Conscious living takes more work, but it provides more rewards!
