you're right, I can't find it on google

What about a fabric store. There has to be something there

If I had time right now I would look through my books. sorry . . ..

  • Do you happen to know how to make a lone star from scratch?? do you ever intend on putting up a demo or pattern?? It would be wonderful!! :)

  • Grandmothers quilt is lovely , Thank you for sharing ..

  • Your grandmother's quilt is beautiful. Your quilt is LOVELY....Enjoying the journey....

  • I agree! Why not use them? I think that quilts are wonderful to sleep underneath. The quilts I have used have a nice "weight" to them....and they are gorgeous! Kinda nice to be wrapped up in a piece of artistic history as well.

  • This thing is just absolutely beautiful! I love these fabrics and the way you're putting them together is brilliant. I loved the Superman quilt and would have thought it would be a hard act to follow but this is breathtaking. I love the heirloom quilt, natch, and the whole idea of quilting bees is wonderful. I love the idea of collaboration - just not much of a collaborator myself. And I just prefer your individual approach and the irregular pieces. Sublime.

  • Got goosebumps when I saw your grandmother's quilt. Something I had forgotten(!) just now remembered! My mother and her sisters making several quilts together when I was very very young. All children were invited, encouraged even, to stitch a line or two. No one cared about the quality of your stitches, just that you had left some. Thank you!

You are making something very beautiful.

  • wow I love the quilt made by your grandmother is amazing. I love how the earthtone colors really pop.
