  • Hello,

Great job, i like the phrasing you are working on, I just have one thought that might help, slow it down just a tad, it will give you a chance to get your hand and feet together with out the mistakes.

The other comment would be to change your stops, I have heard this piece done on the foundations, try playing it on the flutes, it really gives a different color, or maybe on the 8' and 4' foot's, and just a very light pedal, something that is more felt than heard.

    Thanks for the post.

  • Good---I'm not the only one who wears white socks with Organmasters sometimes!

  • wonderful

  • Nice One A Very good effort keep in the practice and you will get there!

  • I dont know how you did that, you are marvellous, 5 stars !

  • Molto bene. La velocità è giusta, l'articolazione ed il tocco anche. Gli errori sono solo piccole sciocchezze; ora si devono caratterizzare le variazioni. E c'è da fare la fuga, il che non è poco.

  • Very nice. So many people play this too fast. You've got it about right although you do gradually accelerate. Try and stay on that rock steady beat. But it sounds good. Keep up the good work!

  • You're good dude...continue with this and you'll become the next little Bach.Good song, good dexterity, though ypo should practice a little bit more, some notes are 2 fast or 2 slow, good job.

    P.S.: where's that organ?

  • Thanks for the feedback :)

This organ is located (unless I'm wrong) in Bethesda, MD.

  • Really great man, keep up the good work!

I have an awesome recording of this on pedal harpsichord by Douglas Amrine, you should check it out.

  • One of my favorite Bach pieces. All from memory, I'm impressed! Very nice practice session. A real listening pleasure. Also, ignore the negative comments those fools have nothing better to do. Thanks for sharing and please post some more of your practice sessions.

  • YOU are going to be the shit some day dude. Keep it up!

  • Do you have photographic memory? If you just can sit there and 'practice' without the score in front of you??? I'm deeply impressed!

  • Thanks - I'm not sure I can call it photographic memory, but I'm so used to learning pieces by heart that it's hard for me to do anything else...
