one o the easiest ways to estimate on what and how to do stuff like that is move the cars the length of the car's hood per picture, then go on wmm and search how to make stop motions on windows movie maker, that should tell u how to make a pretty good video like this one

I'm not exactly sure because my HDD broke and all the photos were on there (they can't be recovered unfortunately) - luckily I still have the actual animation. As far as I remember it was something between 500 and 1000 (or more photos). Whatever it was it was alot of photos.

This is one of the best stop motion car races I've seen. You have a lot of frames and it was a good feature using the in car camera.
