She's right. You wont get anything for Avon bottles these days. Back in the 90's they were okay to resale for profit but now their are so many of them they aren't going to sell. Same with glass insulators. They don't sell anymore.
My mobile phone has helps me making money at garage sales. I can quickly view garage sales from Craigslist on a map with Garage Sale Rover. MediaScanner is another good one for getting fast prices.
My mother had an estate sale (solely Avon bottles)...they *ARE* worth something...depending on their rarity. She made over $4,500 with collector's and antique dealers scurrying in to snatch them up. So, the point being that perhaps this lady "has a THING against Avon bottles", but they are worth something. Actually one bottle alone sold for over $180. So, I think my point is (to this woman) don;t speak about something you don;t know that much about...it makes you appear ignorant to collecting.

You are an Ignorant dork. How many bottles did she sell?. 10,000?. They are worthless pieces of shit. You are telling absolute crap. The only reason you "buy" an Avon bottle, is to pass it onto someone you HATE. You can't come on to youtube and tell lies, people have more intelligence than you do, you dumb ass.
@raygrmi It's like anything else. MOST of them, 95% of them, are worth a nickel a truckload. There are those few and far between rare Avon bottles -- the older ones from the 40s-50s that have some value. Avon was called The California Perfume Company before it was Avon. Those CPC items from the 20s-30s can bring a nice price.
some avon bottles sell for hundreds of dollars. just saying... they dont all "suck"
