You don't know what you are talking about.. Just because music is faster.. doesn't mean better. Listen to a lot of really old rave tracks (early 90s, late 80s) and it's at a faster BPM even though it's much older.

@vinstinct For me personally, 130bpm just doesn't have the energy that 140 - 150bpm does. I do know what I'm talking about but I admit my comment was harsh and to be taken with a pinch of salt as I am a big techno fan. Oldskool techno was fast yes but it was also slow, acid house was about this speed then hardcore hit the scene and it was very fast, there are constant changes and evolvings happening but that is not to say one genre will end - as I jokingly said :)
