You can't smoke weed in restaurants in Germany. Maybe Terrence was mistaking Germany for the Netherlands, which is very tolerant towards Marijuana, but it's still illegal to smoke weed in publc there.

i think if todays society's view on cannabis wasn't so negative people would realize that marijuana doesnt make you lazy it makes you realize that most of the people in the world are materialistic and shallow and that the way our government is running things is wrong so people that smoke heavilly realize that the way most people live their lives is wrong and they dont want to live there life being judgemental and beligerent...or at least thats my veiw(sorry about any misspellings)

If it were legalized, it would be less available to kids. Ask kids if its easier to get alcohol or cannabis? He has to "shoulder tap" random people and hope they don't simply take his money instead of risking trouble for whatever the kid has to offer them, usually nothing or some change. Drug dealers don't ask for id.

Also the gateway theory is created by the black market.

not really. there are various processes, such as gas chromatography, that can separate the chemicals to test, but there is much more to it than cannabinoid profile. for instance: supposedly most modern hybrid and indica dominant cultivars are very high in thc, but i find them to be to debilitating and stupefying (which i thought was attributed to cbd). i think a better test is the human test.

I'm a bit more for decriminalization too and not the "legalize and regulate" stuff that is often pushed. Cause yeah if big corporations got a hold of it or patented it or whatever there's no telling how difficult things can get. Plus no taxes with decriminalization is great. Other than full blown legalization decriminalization is better.
