Well, I don't know if the late Mr. Clay haunts it, but my grandfather does. He was the groundskeeper. When he passed away in the 80's, my father took over, and his father's ghost awoke him in the middle of the night by shaking his foot and sitting on the bed, my dad feeling the weight of his father's body.
