I don't see the resemblance with Depeche Mode's Enjoy the Silence; just because they are fans of the band doesn't mean you should try to compare each song with a DM song and consider it a "ripoff". Each band has their own style, even if some of the instruments are similar, which is bound to happen with any form of synthpop.

@N3cr0p0li5 - While I like this song, it does bare a resemblence to Depeche Mode's Enjoy the Silence. Yes it's synthpop, but if you listen closely its so similar to the digitally remastered version of Enjoy the Silence. Either way love the song anyway.
