Okay, you can do this by using static electricty let me explain. You can do this with your hand or a ruler, anyway, get one of those duster cloths and rub down your hand/ruler in one direction, do this for 5 mins. Then slowly move your hand to the running tap, and the water will bend. This happens because two negativley charged things are coming together, so this video is a fake. Sorry but it the truth.
