You can't. If the japanese version didn't have it, the US version won't have it either. No effing chance. Adding Hi-ougi's is one thing, but for an online mode the complete thing has to be THERE ALREADY, and it isn't.

That they added things in Abyss is no excuse for it to happen again either, btw.
