Great stuff five stars no complaints.I would just like to point out that this practice is well knowen in another art called "Chin Na" my father tought me that same technique when I was growing up,and many veriations of that same hold.
Ive done aikido and this is a very effective technique, however, ive tried it on my boyfriend who is a 17 stone ex boxer and is extremely strong ! it just doesnt work on him ! He is the only one i cant do it to, lol
