@82abnoff, I served in the infantry in Germany with C. Schilling from Detroit, and Schilling was at Ap Bia. I believe he is alive and well here in Michigan now. I ran across his name somewhere, maybe in a Vet's magazine in the search section, can't remember. His entire platoon was about wiped out, he went nuts and took out 3-MG positions with 1 other guy that was still able to function. I saw his orders for BS w/v wtc. my first Xmas overseas when he told me about it. We both had tears.
