  • holy crap Dr. V, this is outstanding! Excellent!! Musicality+experimentalism, what could be better!?

  • Catamine

  • You definitely have too much money to spend on synthesizers. ;)

Excellent video, I want your modular and your Andromeda.

  • Amazing depth of fidelity. The low frequency tones are huge and the Sitar like sound starting at aroun 0:50 is over the top. What is producing that sound? Loved the whole piece!

  • very cool . . . . we shoul jam some day . . . .

  • very good sequencing i like the sounds you use good job

  • excellent sounds, superb modular..

  • Totally cool man. Keep em comin'

  • A-W-E-S-O-M-E...

5* and 5* for your "tools"

  • superb

I have always know the best music never makes it on to the radio stations

  • Yes i do like your echoes.

  • Thanks *so* much for the nice comments.

    Truly appreciated.

  • Another excellent journey, Dr. Vague. The machines are truly alive under your hand.

  • I like this very much; great improv.

  • It's great to hear something that sounds quantized & Random at the same time........wonderful.

  • if you like thAt then you should check out Robert Rich's demo of his MOTM Clock Divider "Penny in a dryer" demo

  • Awesome! At 1:40 it gets to a really special place. 3:50 too. I like when you let the cats in at about 4:30. If there had been real cats involved, this would have been the Best Video on Youtube™

  • That may be the best comment ever! Glad someone's takin' notes. LOL 'The cats' is the ever present Korg Monopoly. When you get the arpeggiator in Poly mode it cycles through all 4 oscillators in succession. Then when you add portamento and rhythm-sync'd ping pong delay... it's the cat's meow.

  • sounds good.

do you make music with friends ?

  • Thanks. And yes, when possible. My friend back in Kansas City, Patrick and I have many hours of jams and are starting to long-distance-collaborate now that we have this interweb thingie down pretty good. My next thing as far these videos is playing real time guitar into the modular and triggering Live drum loops routed into the modular at the same time. My friend Ron Sunsinger from Santa Fe will down in a couple of months to collaborate too.

  • Excellent! Really had me trippin at 1am. Great stereo delay sounds!!!

  • Thanks Thomas, much appreciated. I'm fast asleep at 1AM but the music keeps on givin'. :-) I love the Modcan Digital Delay and can't stop using it!!
