well it's simply because inoue made this clip himself,but not the anime. the anime is drawn & animated by the anime company (toei?), with some of the still pictures from the manga.

don't watch the anime, read the manga! better graphics, smoother flow of actions, more true to the game of basketball and complete storyline!
