@oklasantos i have. i dont recommend it if you have oily skin. i have extremely oily skin and it made me even more oily. on your hand when you try it out, it feels like so smooth and gives a matte finish but omg dont! so oily. dry skin i think it would be awesome.

I went in today to purchase it and thats what I was told at the clinique counter...I bought the replacement: Pore-Refining Solutions Instant Perfector. Its in a lil green tube. @sydneyfrench95 i have the same skin as you! i have really oily skin but somehow i have dryness on my cheeks which is odd since i get oily but anyways i found out through another makeup guru she applies no moisturizer before & goes straight to primer after you wash your face. i started doing that but since i have dry patches but oily skin, i moisturize my face every night after washing my makeup off. it helps keep your skin moisturized & i use rimmel primer acts likelotion & primer

Thanks so much for your reviews, but can you please recommend a primer for VERY VERY Oily Skin? My eye-makeup tends to "run" after just 40 mins of application and my face starts to shine/look very oily within 40 mins as well:(

@MssAvatar2011 use clinque. they make wonderful primers and trust me i have used a lot of primers and i have oily skin and clinque was good. right now im using the benefit primer so i suggest you go check them out :)

Thanks so much for letting me know. I have NOT used the Clnique one, so I will try it (I am presuming that it is a clear gel?). I also was going to try out the Monistat thing (I have heard that it works wonders, along with "Milk of Magnesia"). Interesting use of a chafing gel and a laxative btw..Lol

Serious Skin Care has a fantastic olive oil primer, which works great this time of year, and is compatible with most skin types. You would think that it would make your skin oily, but it doesn't. SSC has several primers, and I love most of them. Jennifer [founder/owner] is married to Sylvester Stallone, and he himself uses the olive oil line. With him being in his 60's, his skin looks amazing! You look amazing by the way too Marlena! :)

L'oreal has a great face primer. I wouldn't recommend it for dry skin. It's called L'oreal Studio Secrets Face Primer. Another great face primer is Giorgio Armani Fluid Master Primer. The Giorgio Armani one is much pricier, but they both work great.

Too Faced Primed and Poreless is my favorite every day primer too! I just wish it wasn't so expensive. Do you have a dupe that you recommend? Both ... Right now the two face eyeshadow primer works great for me since it goes on clear, I am east Indian so tinted primers cause my shadows to appear different. I'll probably go with the two faced face primer also. They used the Mac face primer on me before at the Mac studio, but I didnt get it, I like that she compared brands.

Philosophy has a primer that is EXCELLENT!!! It's called The Present and it doesn't have the greasy slick feeling but everything is really smooth and keeps makeup on all day!
