it is indeed Greek; from the Greeks of Asia Minor, early 20th century. it sounds russian I think because the instruments used (bouzouki) are used in a specific way which is typical for this type of music. The instrument is plucked much further down than usual, near the kavalari, near the support at the base, so it makes the instrument sound similar to balalayka and it gives this sound. It is typical of this type of song and also of rembetiko.

@redatoo In Greece we call "mikrasiatika tragoudia" (= songs from Asia Minor) the traditional songs of the Greeks living there until the first decades of the 20th century. As far as I know, there is no Turkish version of the specific song.
