Actually Tweatle1 that's Martika who appeared on Kids Incorporated. This clip is from the same year that show started and the kids did SEVERAL Cindi Lauper songs and Cindi thought highly of the show. Since then Martika had a successful singing career along with two of her costars, Renee Sands and Stacey Fergeson (aka Fergie)
