She has a great voice,and both "Only The Lonely" and "Suddenly Last Summer" are great songs.But I have to agree with you,the videos do seem odd.You should check out the one for "Suddenly Last Summer".Has got to be one of the creepiest videos of the 1980's.

I guess you are right,creepy is too strong a word for this video.There are far more videos that are creepy,disturbing,etc.But you have to admit the random ice cream truck in the beginning,with the door bells,and the strange men are somewhat creepy.Anyways great tunes.

Music these days in my opinion has no originality, heart or emotion.

Music like this is fine wine; just gets better with age. I didn't realize how spoiled I was being a teen in the 80's. Great songs like these transport us back into a magical and special time 5 STARS
