A memorable theme that speaks of the depression of the citizens' state. It shows how repressed the free wills of those who do not obey the true ruler. It shows us the power within the city's thick walls. Gates of iron, streets of cruelty and greed. Four feared factions of great loyalty, all cling to the hierarchy ladder competing one another to be the greatest of powers. With such forces and cults all at the throats of each one's, who keeps them in balance? The mighty Overlord Lucan D'Lere.
@AvakandEhcko and yet i recall in EQOA when it truly was FREEport. when it was shared between both factions. Good times! Honestly i liked it better then even though it was not as pleasing to look at. EQ2 is amazing but to me the only flaw is it isn't seamless like eqoa was, im still used to being able to run anywhere without loading zones. Also i miss that every race had it's own starting city, now we all get tossed into a major city. Rivervale and other starter towns feel isolated
I just watched a film called The Ninth Gate with Johnny Depp from 1999 and the music reminded me of Freeport theme music, almost identical. Reminded me of 5+ years of standing at freeport Broker back in the day.
