Although I do not agree with the Nazi's - I must agree that you are most likely correct on this issue if but from one passage in Mein Kampf where Hitler in so many words says 'we should not bug the blacks if they do not wish or care to be bugged'.

The third reich race ideology, was (i think) more or less racist. All other human races were inferior to the nordic. Obscene humoristic race propaganda. Jew extermination programs etc. But the basic principles or foundations of the National socialist German workers party were not, i agree.
