Hi people for all of you that have the 5.0 software version and can't have the kbd option I get the solution or a workaround for it... You should go to options --> Screen/Keyboard --> Right side convenience Key opens: (change to: Virtual Keyboad). After that go to the the main screen menu and in the portrait mode, click on your left convience key. Then you should have the kbd avail. Please keep in mind that in landscape mode the kbd will not show up with the key. After that click on...

in the 5.0 version its a pain but here is how u get to event log put vertual keyboard as one of ur hot keys go back to home screen in potrait veiw make sure ur key board is in sure type hold the 123 tell it is locked and hit ,5,5 hope i helped

That is exactly why I watched this video! This video helped a BUNCH but, in order to get my keys to work, I watched a different one first... for some reason putting a thick piece of paper behind the the battery made my keys work. strange but true.

it could be that u have a lot of saved data, try erasing some apps u dont really use. if not its an OS failure, u could try downgrading then upgrade again with a different OS.

well the upgrades in performance are free, its just that there not official, you're risking your OS on your phone. But 89% of all times the leaked OS are successful and great!
