I buy a lot of replicas in Beijing whenever I visit China (3 times a year). There are some watches that are well made and reliable but too many of the others have problems . I find now that the vendors are all saying their watches are Swiss made which I find hard to believe. I think they are saying that to charge higher prices for watches with Japanese movements.

Buying a fake is a total waste of money. If you ever see a real one and a fate you will see that you will be able to spot the fake easily so everyone else will as well, plus you have the problem that you can never get it serviced or repaired. no jeweler will touch it and there will be no spare parts available even if one will. There are some really nice watches for $2,000 - $5,000 and at least it is real so why buy a fake $10,000 which is worthless. a waste of $400 if you ask me.

acctually.... depending on the type of fake u get.... u might be very happy. i have a replica tag heuer automatic chronograph and i cant tell one thing thats fake about it. even the movment inside is the same as the real one, though it doesnt have the fancy little things like the lines on the metal and the blue screws, but its very very close to the real thing

There are hundreds if not thousands of other choices for quality made, in-house watches which cost a lot less than 7-8k. A great watch with a good movement, sapphire crystal and quality dial can be had for a few hundred dollars. It would also be a lot better than some Chinese rip off with no quality control or customer warranty.

The AR on the Big Bangs is incredibly noticeable, and while you were filming i saw your camera lense, your face and the reflection of the light just as much as in the reflection of your so called "japanese" quality watch. (I hope you know that both of those watches come from Guangzhou, China neither of them are japanese nor swiss)

Hey cool man..If you come to switzerland, don't visit just zurich or geneva and buy all the expensive stuff..You have to see the capital city: Berne, I love it..Just only the oldtown of the city is more than 600 years old and is perfectly in one piece (only some a few building are restaurated) And you have to see the "Zytglogge Turm" The old Watchtower.You are not gonna regret this. YES!!!! i just recieved my replica, it was from japan and it nothing like the one in the video! it has a working chronograph, highly scratch resistant GLASS. however, it obviously doesnt have a ceramic bezel :( but it has automatic movt and measures 44mm across :) all for under $100
