I have many friends that are SO confused. A few are agnostic, atheist, or they believe in God but they don't believe in what he says because of man's word confusing them. I have been through so many trials in my life and I'm only 14 years old. At age 8 I was confused so when I got down on my knees and prayed for him to help me find him. In my sleep I heard a voice say,"Klarrisa...I love you." It wasn't a dream and it wasn't my family talking . It was Jesus Christ. Ever since, I know he is there.

I loved this video. It honestly made me cry. I believe in the power of God and standing up for him and i will pass on this story, but not to everyone. I have many friends who believe in a different faith and I won't try to convert them because I love them as they are. But it's inspiring to know that this one brave man could stand against years of people passing through and not saying a word, and still show his faith.

already debunked by Snopes. Not a true story - no professor would waste an entire semester on "disproving god", let alone for a "required course". If such a professor had existed, he would be infamous and well known by name, yet that detail is curiously missing.
I dropped a glass today and it did not shatter. God stopped it? No. I do believe in a deity, but not the Christian God. I believe a God that is rather a force of nature. I do not believe in a God with his own will and one that does not interfere with human affairs. But again, who knows? We have got no evidence, not even indirect evidence. (equations, calaculations, etc.) Until God can be proven, either by observations or equations, even Atheists must accept the reality.

It's not that God was being put to the test by that professor, it is that God was using that professor's blindness to test every believer who sat in his classroom. The chalk didn't break when someone stood up. If that had happened prior, it could have been attributed to chance. If this story was true you'd have to take into account a few facts. 1. I'm sure he changed shirts throughout 20 years and even got new and threw away the old. 2. This is not a true story. Twenty-three seconds into the video it says the professor had impeccable logic. At forty-seven seconds it says 'In twenty years, no one had ever stood up'. How can it be that in twenty years a student or another faculty had never pointed out that the only thing his dropping chalk onto the floor proves is that it will break.

I loved this video. It honestly made me cry. I believe in the power of God and standing up for him and i will pass on this story, but not to everyone. I have many friends who believe in a different faith and I won't try to convert them because I love them as they are. But it's inspiring to know that this one brave man could stand against years of people passing through and not saying a word, and still show his faith.

I dropped a glass today and it did not shatter. God stopped it? No. I do believe in a deity, but not the Christian God. I believe a God that is rather a force of nature. I do not believe in a God with his own will and one that does not interfere with human affairs. But again, who knows? We have got no evidence, not even indirect evidence. (equations, calaculations, etc.) Until God can be proven, either by observations or equations, even Atheists must accept the reality.

This entire video reminds me why it is called "Faith." The entire point of it being called "faith" is having the belief that something exist, regardless of the logic being for or against it. A true lover of Christ loves Him against all odds, which could be a possible explanation why He won't show himself amongst everyone who doesn't believe- everyone would believe in Him if there were proof, but it takes a true lover of Him to still believe in him when everything points towards his nonexistance.

Excellent video! It really ministered to my heart. It's not that God was being put to the test by that professor, it is that God was using that professor's blindness to test every believer who sat in his classroom. The chalk didn't break when someone stood up. If that had happened prior, it could have been attributed to chance. God responds to our faith and what happened was for the benefit of everyone, especially the professor. Awesome testimony! Praise Jesus!

Nobody believes in zeus anymore. This is a pattern you will find if you look at the history of gods and reasons for belief. there will always be questions. Science is based off of questions, and as it answers them, people create new "explanations" for God. Think beyond what you want to believe.

If this story was true you'd have to take into account a few facts. 1. I'm sure he changed shirts throughout 20 years and even got new and threw away the old. 2. The change in shirts could have been the reason it hit the ground with such ease. 3. eventually a mistake would have been made. Turns out, this story was actually sent to USC, and they confirmed that it was a hoax, as there were no atheist professors or classes of that size that discussed the existence of god. This is not a true story. Twenty-three seconds into the video it says the professor had impeccable logic. At forty-seven seconds it says 'In twenty years, no one had ever stood up'. How can it be that in twenty years a student or another faculty had never pointed out that the only thing his dropping chalk onto the floor proves is that it will break.
The conclusion that there is no god simply is not proven by this little experiment any more that god was sitting the toilet at the time.
