I just finished the herbal cleanse through advocare and began the next step in the advocare fitness exercise and nutrition plan and i am pumped to start seeing results from Catalyst! I was already at a healthy weight before the cleanse but the cleanse is supposed to prepare your body for optimum results for MNS and catalyst so i had to be patient. I will post what my results were after about 2 weeks :-)
I take the Catalyst along with the MNS Max 3. I love it. I just started taking Advocare again after a long hiatus but when I was taking Advocare before, I lost 31 inches off of my body. I highly recommend Catalyst. I take it every day and about 10-15 minutes before I exercise.
Hi Brad, I just started taking Catalyst from Advocare. I need to drop 10lbs and I have tried everything so this is my last straw. If I run 3 miles 5x a week do you think I will shed the lbs quickly? I also am doing the Herbal Cleanse.
