@8redcoins Whats so dangerous? Nothing illegal is being done. If you knew the constitution, our basic bill of rights gives us the ability to protest in public places, it allows us to meet up, to go against a common enemy (or in this case law). You cannot be put in jail for posting flyers, for saying "i follow you" or for protesting. You live in this country, do you not even know the most basic of freedoms?

As far as I know (Too lazy to verify it), a person who was found to be part of Anonymous was going to be put to death, then the US court relented and gave him life in jail instead.

@8redcoins Who said you need to hack to be part of anon? And honestly, its hard to explain what anon really is. Its more of an idea, then a centralized group. Anyways, if you are part of anon you simply believe in the freedoms for all. Silencing people in anyway draws their attention. I am not physically part of anon, but i do believe they are doing something good.
Anon isnt a group of hackers, its an idea. You can spread the idea by putting up posters, and by spreading it verbally.

There are hackers and protesters who are claimed to be associated with this "group". Makes the public feel safer in a way, believing that threatening criminals are locked away..
If someone says they are part of anonymous.. They aren't. The whole idea behind it is to remain anonymous, if you don't want to be found. You ARE anonymous.

Considering Anonymous seems to be against religious control over the government so the idea that (s)he is going on the biblical meaning of the word is slim.

Anyways, putting that aside, I personally think that Anonymous has a good starting ground but I would like to see them up the anti a bit. I'm not to much into hacking and all the works that go into doing so. However, I do not mind taking a back seat and watching how this plays out. Call me a silent spectator if you will.

I understand where you're coming from. Anonymous is very inspirational and motivating. I am not bashing them, I agree with them. I've become involved with the #occupy movement by protesting in my local city. Anyone can be Anonymous, as you pointed out. That is true, you have the right idea. All I was trying to say is that I noticed that they (the people who made the message) seem to be telling us to be doing stuff for them. That's my opinion, respect it.

Simmer down kids, these videos are meant to be inspiring and informational. You can sign a petition from demand progress too. They already have 50,000 names of people that will be read into the congressional record as vehemently opposed to this stupid bill. The previous petition collected 500,000 signatures against this bill and was delivered to Congress. They barred opponents of the bill from testifying, so a senator will read us into the record as opposing.
