Missy's cool and everything but if it weren't for women as Queen Latifah, McLyte, Salt&Pepa, etc. Missy and a WHOLE LOT OF OTHERS wouldn't even be on the scene right now. I was feelin' this joint back in the day too. One thing that I like about "Black Hand Side" is that she samples the music from The Isley Brothers, "Hello It's Me". The bassline for this track is extremely heavy for those of you who still plays it in your system (like I do).
