i have difficulty swallowing,its as if the oesophagus fills up with food and the food cant escape to the stomach,i think im the only person concerned,can anybody advise me what i can do?

I had the same problem all the time, and it turned out that I have a hiatal hernia. I take a prescription for Omeprazole, and I haven't had the problem since.

Nope, no chronic pain is meant to be dealt with for a long time. Bad things may happen (the worst being cancer).

Go see a gastrointestinal doctor if you have chronic acid reflux, or a hard time swallowing.
