I am a teacher at Jordan High School

A few points:

1. You say you're afro-centric, yet your flyers refer to the administration as Strachan and his "goons" when the majority of the admin is black! (What are you trying to say)

2. Your group ARE is sending unsolicited emails to the teachers school email accounts - how did they get my email.

3. District / UTLA contract rules - a probationary teacher with a negative evalution does not have seniority & can recieve a non-elect from the administrator

From my personal experiences that Strachan he is nothing but a fucking asshole and a bully. Like all bullies he's a coward. He is also spiteful and seems to find perverse pleasure in making others lives miserable and it seems to me he was probably getting ride of her cuz a) she's not black, b) she's not a conformist and not afraid of him, and C) the students like her, all the things a heartless son of a bitch like him would hate. However he's too afraid to admit it, so simply makes up excuses

If Ms Salazar cared about the students she would put a stop to this she should now it is not up the the Mr. Strachan to fire anyone but it is up to LAUSD board they have the last say so nomatter what the principal says, so the attack is going towards the wrong person.

U're right on paper it is. However, Strachan is a terrible son of a bitch! LAUSD doesn't back up any of their staff....they're too big and unable to properly investigate. Strachan on the other hand is a poster child for affirmative action and treats black staff members much better then white and latina. She can't fight it cuz A)-LAUSD won't back her up and investigate, and B) Strachan enjoys fucking w/people for pleasure and would go out of his way to make sure she is fired.

sure there are schools who want someone stern, but Strachan is far beyond stern, he's unreasonable, inconsiderate, rude, and disrespectful. When I was at Jordan I was a teacher my age is 32, not an administrator, and I didn't see anything get any better just worse. He would verbally assault teachers in front of students for no reason, AND created an extremely hostile work environment for many. Have u ever had any experience w/him?
